You see the memory stocks going crazy right now because like people have realized over these last 6 months and or even before that, that wow, you know, it's kind of frustrating to use Claude Code or Grok or whatever.
when you look at the company at anything like over $200 a share, you're talking obviously trillions in market cap for the company. It's just, you're pricing in everything. You're buying in at a very bullish, optimistic valuation
but I'm still a holder and believer. And I mean, I said last year, and I still believe this, that I think it's going to $82 by 2028. So I still got another couple of years there for them to play for that.

But now with the advent of AI, what's really... if AI 100x's over the next little while, what's going to be important and potentially 1,000x? I think it's going to be a company like Nextdoor where it has this sort of proprietary bot-free data on all these neighborhoods.
So Dave allows you to kind of connect via Plaid so they can see the last 6 months of your bank account... They never look at your credit score. They look at cash in your bank account in the last 6 months.
we've had some great performance this year. We've been able to call that Bitcoin was heading into a bear market at the end of May, May 26th, I publicly called it when Bitcoin was $77,000.
if the same thing can happen in the AI space, like just one, one comment, one throwaway comment on one of these calls, whether it's Nvidia or AMD or, you know, one of these companies over in China... could just totally make the market reassess at least for a week or 2.
you can also get much greater returns when you get into the company when it's small. But if it's in the private market and you're a public market investor, you can't play in that.
